A legacy folder is a one-stop shop that houses all of your important financial information and records. Creating a legacy folder can give you peace of mind knowing that, in the event of an emergency, all of your financial documents are located in one location and someone else could quickly step in to find information.
Members of the YFP team use a combination of a Google Drive folder and a safe (with fireproof envelopes) to store these financial documents. It's important that you find a system that works for you and communicate it with others who would need this information in an emergency.
